What is your pre-sales process like?
Answer: During the pre-sales process, our team works with you to define your business objectives, the scope of the project, and a feasible timeline. Through the course of sales and implementation process, we meticulously cover each area defined in the project scope, testing, and coordinating with your team to ensure smooth delivery. After the sale, we ensure that our service delivery team is readily available to help you maximize your investment.

Does this point usage apply to all products available in the store or is it limited?
Answer: Point usage applies to all products available on the store. You can redeem your points on any item, whether it’s regular-priced, on sale, a training course or part of a promotion.
What makes me eligible for an upgrade in the loyalty plan?
Answer: Our loyalty plan does not have levels or tiers. The points you earn can be used directly, meaning the more points you accumulate, the more you can redeem. There are no upgrades—just straightforward points you can use as you go.
